Relief Coverage

When the majority of staff members are out of the office due to emergencies, vacation, sabbatical, or all-staff meetings, AWS relies on staff relief coverage to support day-to-day duties at the shelter, including office and crisis line coverage. All relief workers have undergone AWS's intensive volunteer and/or MLAM training and undergo additional training to provide relief work.
