Executive Director

Although AWS has a non-hierarchical, consensus-based organizational structure, the Executive Director is responsible for day-to-day operations at the shelter and oversees program, organizational and fiscal health.  Some duties include representing the agency at important funding, community collaboration and policy advocacy meetings and initiating organizational development and community-based projects as necessary.
