I want to thank all of the staff and volunteers at the shelter. I only knew about myself and saw the world as a dark place, but all of you taught me that there is a bright spot, also.

— AWS former resident

At the Asian Women’s Shelter, we believe that being informed about domestic violence is necessary in order to eliminate it. We are constantly improving our programs and services, and as part of our work, we keep up-to-date with the latest news and solutions to violence issues. As a leader in domestic violence information, we aim to provide as much news and event information to our supporters as possible.
