Volunteers are responsible for
the duties they have either chosen
or been assigned. They have the
opportunity to contribute to AWS
in many ways, and we encourage
them to bring their talents and
skills to their work here. Many
volunteers stay with AWS for many
years after their one-year commitment
has ended, and AWS happily provides
them with community, encouragement,
further social and professional
skills, and the satisfaction of
knowing the phenomenal impact
their work has on empowering women
and children.
There is an enormous range of
jobs that volunteers do at AWS.
We have many opportunities for
committed people to help.
