AWS believes strongly in sustaining meaningful and reciprocal community partnerships to support survivors, share training experience and technical assistance. AWS has partnerd with organizations such as the Asian Pacific Islander Women and Family Safety Center in Seattle; the Parents and Children Together Family Peace Center in Honolulu; Valli Kalei Kanuha of the University of Hawaii School of Social Work; Shimtuh: The Domestic Violence Program of the Korean Community Center of the East Bay (KCCEB); the API’s Institute on Domestic Violence; and the Kamala D. Harris Victim Services Division of the San Francisco Office of the District Attorney.

AWS partners with these and many other organizations in the community in order to build a cohesive, diverse network of resources for domestic-abuse survivors who are seeking support. Through these community-based partnerships, AWS is able to offer more holistic, comprehensive support without duplicating services. Our partners include:
